This compact studio is located in the Sandcastles Resort just a short walk to the Endeavour Plaza shopping and dining complex. The studio had a comfortable Queen bed, basic kitchenette, and modern bathroom with rain shower. There is a lovely pool and gas BBQ in the complex and it’s close to the access point to Main Beach. This is a good option for a budget friendly beachfront stay at Agnes Water and a good base for exploring the Agnes Water and Town of 1770 area.

Wow! What a fantastic apartment! We absolutely loved the location—super quiet, nestled in a resort with beach access, a shared pool, a BBQ area, and a parking lot right in front of the apartment. The interior is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need. Just a short walk away, you’ll find charming restaurants, cafés, and shops. We truly fell in love with this Airbnb!

A superb, spotless, peaceful and private apartment close to the beach and village of Agnes Water. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Ginny’s communication was excellent and we followed her recommendations of the many walks in the area. Loved them all! We also loved watching the sunsets from the beach at 1770 in the evenings. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a fantastic unit for a couple to stay near Mackay. It has a perfect outside deck to watch the spectacular sunsets and enjoy dinner al fresco. We had the pool to ourselves midday on a Wednesday and spotted whales from the beach. We can highly recommend it and the lovely host, Ginny.

Ginny’s place at Agnes Water was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay effortless and comfortable. My husband & I loved our stay for 7 nights. The unit was modern, clean and with everything you needed for a relaxing stay in gorgeous Agnes Water. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. The unit was very quiet with a lovely lookout to Queensland palms. Modern facilities with beautiful touches to make you feel right at home. Loved our stay, we will definitely be back.

An exceptionally comfortable stay, with a well appointed unit and Ginny has thought of everything, from filtered water to Netflix to availability of popular, basic staples in the kitchen .. a super comfortable bed .. able to walk everywhere from the unit .. we will definitely book again .. thank you, Ginny.

Another fantastic stay at Selah in Agnes, close to yummy pizzas and the beach, the pool area is also great. The apartment was stunning as always, super comfortable and Ginny the host was always communicating and even arranged an early check in for us which was super helpful over the busy school holidays! Can’t wait to come stay again!

A small, but comfortable cabin in a lovely setting with a grassy area surrounded by rivers. The owners, Ginny and Mike, are very communicative and we received nice messages throughout the booking process. We inadvertently left some property at the cabin, and Ginny very kindly offered to post it back to us.

Beautiful location, so close to the beach. The property was perfect – the bed was so comfortable, the softest towels in the bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved Ginny’s thoughtful little touches including a first aid kit in case we needed it – she thought of everything!

I had a lovely stay at Ginny’s Place. Unit is in a perfect location with a great view of the sea, beach and islands, as well as the pool. Lots of thoughtful touches, and the high indoor table and chairs allows for an ocean view even when seated inside the unit. Highly recommend this great little Airbnb

Staying at Ginny’s place was soo good. The renovated room is so cosy and nice i felt instantly relaxed and at home in the apartment. Ginny made the check in process very welcoming and easy. lovely place nestled in what feels like rainforests but only a short walk to the main food area and beach. The price was really good for what you get. I will definitely be back.

This beautiful cabin presented so well, it is so thoughtfully decorated and has little added extras. It was an absolute joy to stay our 2 nights. Beautiful bathroom, plus full size shampoo, body lotions etc.

Beautiful surroundings, so quiet, you can really relax there if you are looking to escape for a bit. Very comfortable bed. Close to everything, great cafes and restaurants within 5-10 min drive. There was an option for a fireplace too. Also great owners, really helpful people.

What a great little treasure! Ginny was very easy to communicate with and helped us along the whole way. The studio was really comfortable and we felt right at home and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Easy walk to the beach which is amazing especially round on the Cove. The restaurant on site was great and we had the biggest steak dinner it took us 2 days to finish it. Our only regret was not having more time. we spent Saturday out on the reef which should also be on any visitors list

Easy check-in email sent to us with simple instructions & codes making it very convenient on arrival. There was secure and shady parking up beside our villa. Location is excellent with just a short walk to the beach and shops not far away. In room facilities were also excellent with mini kitchenette and all the basic cutlery/crockery you need for two people. Live music at the restaurant was excellent too.

Location was excellent; 100 metres from Maroochy River and set amongst remnant lowland rainforest. Most sounds were of Nature – no traffic, neighbours, unwanted noises. Very content with facilities although did eat out.

Straight off Ginny the owner was an absolute gem when I needed helping me, due to being useless at directions, and stayed on the phone with me until I got in the door. The studio is absolutely stunning and welcoming and walking distance to shops and drinks and dining facilities. Amazing amount of storage with a wardrobe either side of the bed with plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels etc. Everything you could expect plus above and beyond with the little things like shampoo and conditioners, hand and body wash with hand moisturiser, books to read, hairdryer, first aid kit, face wipes, as well as a personalised booklet with all you need to know about the proper plus what’s around and how to get there.
